The Connor Serviced Residences Managed by HII

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Just stayed here because it was near my kid's school, and we had a home renovation for 2 days. So, what we liked about it is the location. Parking system has improved compared to the first time we stayed.

The hotel is just a year old, but the toilet and bath looked worn out. The toilet had a damp smell like it has not been cleaned. My partner wanted to complain but it was a work week and I did not want to stress myself anymore, and anyway, we are only staying for the night. The parking smelled of Cat's feces.

Proximity to Greenhills Shopping Precints.

Bed was small for two adults and a child.

The receptionist, Shane, and the new OJT staff tried to resolve my accommodation, as Booking.com made a mistake, according to them. Eventually, the manager, Jerome, made an executive decision and solved the problem. We were very pleased, as he knows how to look after the customers. I did the right thing and paid what the offer asked for.

Booked & paid in advance so that less hassle when you are ready to go for your holiday but found out that they are not able to provide what I had booked and paid for. Booked and paid for 3 people but they are telling me to only have 2 single beds, paid extra for the 3rd and even requested to have a twin bed- double and single, OMG how can we sleep in 2 single beds, u can't be like sardines, holiday is to relax not to be stressed. Staff had a meeting, took a while then the manager stepped in and sorted out.

Cleanliness and all staff was accomodating.

Water pressure in shower too low. Soap dispenser in the shower is very hard to pump
