"Excellent choice in good price"

The building is Brand new. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view on The market and bay was also nice. There is parking inside The building 5RM per entry ( you can leave after 4 Days and The Price won't change). Close to The market, shopping center and restaurants. In The apartament is wash machine with dryer.

Nice location. Just right in front of Philippine market. Nice apartment. Fully equipped.

New building. Lots of construction/renovation workers. Long waiting for lift.
