Rooms at Allium

Spotlessly clean room with super modern walk in shower. Tea/coffee making facilities with a good supply of good quality tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, water and biscuits. Comfortable large bed with fine bedding, and a floor fan was very welcome in the hot weather. Central position but our back facing room was lovely and quiet. There is also a courtyard with tables and chair which can be used by residents.

A small fridge would have been the icing on the cake!

The rooms were decorated beautifully. Very comfy bed! Great location for access to shops, bars and beach. Self serve check in was easy to navigate.

So bearing in mind it was very hot during my stay and we had the windows open if the windows were closed it would probably be ok, but we found the immediate area to be very noisy. The local church bells seemed to be ringing every hour through the night. The local council empty the bins at 6am outside the property. There was also a 6am delivery of some sort and then at 8am building work started on the property next door. Now obviously I understand all of these issues cannot be helped and like I said if the windows were shut it would probably be ok but it was so hot. I think I would have just liked to be made aware of the building work. As for the room the only negative thing was not having a wardrobe. I know there were hangers in the hall but it would have been nice to have a wardrobe.

Only note to the proprietor was a mini fridge. The weather was very hot so refrigeration was required They confirmed that they would be supplying shortly
