Konumu ve park problemi olmaması güzel. Şehrin merkezinde değil ama merkeze 1 km gibi yürüme mesafesinde. Genişliği iyi, manzarası güzel. Çocuklu aileler için yeterli genişlik.

Kışın ısıtması klima ve elektrikli soba ile iyi olmuyor. Bir de ısı ve ses yalıtımı kötü. Klima ısıtıyor ama yine de camlardan epey soğuk alıyor. Asansör olmaması zorluyor.

Το σπίτι είναι διαμπερές με ωραία θέα όπως τις φωτογραφίες. Πρόσφατα πολύ καλά ανακαινισμένο και πολύ άνετο χωρίς να είναι φορτωμένο με πολλά πράγματα.Ειναι από τα ελάχιστα σπίτια που έχω κλείσει διαμονή και είχε χαρτί κουζίνας (σημαντικό).Θα εμένα ξανά και ξανά. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, καλές δουλειές.

Excellent house, quiet, good TV, ice cubes waiting for us, accommodation for a lot of people

Chinatown localization, gotta have a little walk before you get to the good parts of town
