Four Luxury Art was such a great find. The space itself was huge, stylish, and full of personality – we all loved the authentic Italian vibe. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center, with amazing bars just downstairs that gave everything a lively, animated feel without ever being too noisy. The host was fantastic, super responsive and helpful with every question or small issue we had. Everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – water, coffee, and even some sweets waiting for us. It’s those little things that made a big difference. Everyone in our group agreed this was one of our favorite stays in Sicily.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and historical locations. The living room and kitchen are very large and nicely decorated.

The apartment wasn't very clean. There were spider webs above the jacuzzi tub, dust bunnies, and barely covered up moldy holes in the wall in the primary bathroom. We couldn't use the jacuzzi tub because we couldn't plug the drain. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with the ground floor being 0) and the elevator and lobby are under construction. Just beware there are a lot of stairs that are old, cracked, and slippery. There are bars directly under the apartment, and there was very loud music until 3am both nights we were there. The second bedroom has a loft bed with stairs and the railing was very loose, which is scary especially with kids. The host did not communicate with us about the cash tourist tax we had to leave until the morning we checked out and we were already at the airport. I had to wire him the money which cost me an extra fee to wire internationally.

Could I suggest that the apartment carries basic provisions such as olive oil, salt and pepper, paper towels etc for guests to use.

Four Luxury Art is a very beautiful and roomy apartment right in the heart of Palermo's historic area. The apartment even has lovely painted ceiings and, while it is right beside a number of bars and restaurants, it is high enough above street level that we didn't notice any noise from these.

The apartment is listed as having no parking available and that is accurate. We had a car and parking was a challenge, but that was on us
