Hotel Costa Sur

La staff era molto cordiale. La camera spaziosa così come il bagno. A due passi dal mare, anche la zona piscina è accogliente e ben tenuta.

La colazione non è a buffet e poco variata. È servita al tavolo con possibilità di uova (sode, strapazzate o all'occhio di bue) e una fetta di pane, burro e marmellata.

Boa localização para quem não quer ficar no centro da cidade e tem de pegar estrada. Café da manhã, ok.

It is in the middle of a construction area dust everywhere

The hotel is new and got potential but needs to be managed from someone that cares about the customers and NOT the money.

We got to the hotel just before lunch. We were the only guests at the restaurant, and the music at the bar was really loud. Considering that we were in a new establishment only meters from the beach we ordered some seafood. Unfortunately that was a BIG mistake, I had a seafood rice and only a few hours after I was sitting on the toilet with diarrhea and strong abdominal pain. The day after even after some medications things were getting worse so we called a taxi to go to the hospital. The owner was sitting at reception and listened to the all conversation without saying a word. 7 HOURS after a was released from the hospital with a SEVERE stomach infection. 4 days after eating plain rice and a lot of medications I had the energy to get to a taxi to get out of that horrible place. The owner NEVER said a word...or an apology, we had to ask to clean the room and they didn't even gave us the right sheet to change the bed. I don't think I have to say anything else.

I loved Negro, the dog of the hotel. He's friendly and lovely
