The breakfast food was good.

1. The room was unclean after check in (cigrette butts present) constant foul smell in the room. 2. Toiletries were not provided until asked and even then only 1 was provided for 3 people. 3 Staff were not friendly, services were not given diligently. Eg: breakfast items not served on time, poor service when requests were made, poor reception service. 4. Geysers did not function properly. 5. Free wifi did not work for the entire 3days stay. 6. The upgraded deluxe room did not have good value for money (the only difference between normal and upgraded room is the presence of a large window which can't even be used for ventilation)

Language issue Evan English issue for them. They need to maintain record of complementary water bottle water, When you charge 3 guest at 3 teabag sachets or cofee, sugar & milk should provided. Bed provided with proper blanket on complaint provided but not washed it was like used.not

Breakfast fast was very good

All good there. Just want to highlight one thing that there was a language issue for the outstation people.

1. The room was very well maintained. 2. Facilities were great. 3. The staff was very cooperative 4. The food & beverages were served professionally 5. Amazing experience!!!

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room though a little warm (was resolved), decent breakfast and a handy location. I would definitely use again...

Check in time is fixed at 12:00 hrs, not allowed early check in. Very bad 😞😞
