Room was very spacious with big living room area, very comfortable beds and nice balcony view! Location is great walking distance to many cafes and the beautiful Parque Mexico. The locality also felt very safe.

Super great deal and convenient. Spacious! Perfect for two friends who want their own rooms.

The filtered water didn’t work so well from the fridge. Downstairs you can buy big liter of water. But having a big jug would have been great. Laundry available but no detergent. Would be nice to offer a bottle for use. Seems wasteful to buy one for a one time use. I recommend ear plugs for sleep if you’re sensitive to noise.

Area (La Condesa) is fantastic. The building is very secure.

The only yet significant issue for us was that the windows facing the very busy main road (Insurgente N.) had extremely poor soundproofing, forcing us to endure constant loud noise day and night.

Excellent apartment with everything you need in a perfect location. Plenty of room, lots of light and comfortable beds for a great night's sleep.

I had zero complaints - exactly what we needed.

Great location in Condesa, a short walk from the park and restaurants. Apartment as in photos. Washer/dryer and rooftop pool available. You enter the apartment with a code sent by the host, and check in with the front desk when you arrive.

The hot water was out when we arrived, though the host was able to fix it the next morning. No A/C, though it was not a problem during our stay. Note that one bedroom faces a busy street, which could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. The second bedroom faces inward and is quiet. We didn't receive the code to check in until after the check in time/following up with the host.

The staff were rude on arrival, we didn't have hot water for 2 days, when we explained this to reception they said they had no other rooms available and sent someone to fix it on day 2. The staff were unhelpful in general and my room was beside a busy road.

Beautiful and comfortable appartment, wonderful view! We got to see the Iztaccihuatl mountain super clearly from the livingroom! Close to Parque Mexico and the bustling Condesa district. The pool was great and wonderful that other ammenities are offered. Our host Sharon was wonderful!

Unfortunately we had an uncomfortable situation with the building security people. We had arranged with our host for my elderly mother and young daughter to stay a bit beyond our check-out (we had to get our car fixed) in the common area, and building security threatened to kick them out several times. When I went to pick them up, my husband almost wasn't allowed to come into the building to help with our luggage, as he had not been a guest. The lobby guard sent another guard to escort us out of the premises, although we were waiting for my kid to go to the bathroom.
