"Great stay, would come again"

Big flat, very well equipped kitchen, lots of storage everywhere. Less than 10 minute walk to bakery or supermarkets. Also a nice terrace with seaview. The landlord was very proactive, e.g. notifying us the day before about a public holiday where shops would be closed.

Going to the beach requires to cross a road where we wouldn't let the kids go alon as most people drive really fast. This is of course not a problem of the accomodation but of the region. This year the area is suffering from many mosquitoes, so better come prepared.

"Fabolous stay in a really luxury appartement"

The first appartement I‘ve booked where „luxury“ is not just a part of the name. You step in and your holiday can start. There is absolutely nothing missing. The appartement is best located (nearby beach and center of Opatija), it is spacious, modern, high comfortable and decorated with lovely details. The highlight is the big terasse with seaview. Better than each luxury hotel. Tonica is the best host! Thanks so much for our beautiful stay in Opatija.

"High-end apartments with view"

The apartments were super clean with very modern appliances and bathrooms. The location was just on the edge of the center of Opatija which made for easy walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. There was also a nice view to the sea. Host was very helpful welcoming us on arrival and leaving the most delicious desserts.

A security deposit in cash was required upon arrival - and returned in full upon departure. Just remember to bring cash if that is part of the rental agreement.

Perfect and totally wonderful apartment. Super friendly and helpful host. I had everthing I needed and that in perfect condition within the rooms. The apartment is very, very well equipped. Super nice balcony and view. My impression was even better than the beautiful and very realistic pictures are promising.
