Not clean! No check in or out staff Didn’t know who was running it Give us a room that was used Next room was not clean either and towels/bedding stank Bathroom had bugs in it

It's in a great spot. You can walk to the lake and night market, and it's super cheap. Overall, great stay

The bed is slightly hard, and the pillow is a bit thin. Staff availability is inconsistent. But when the staff are around they are really very friendly and always ready to assist. Wish the staff can present all the time at the reception.

"Please mention in the description that it is a room without windows and view."

The room came without windows. This was not mentioned in the description and on the photo a room was shown with windows. I had to change plans for the day to find me an other accommodation. This should not be happening on Bookings.com. Staff was friendly and helpful, and offered me to cancel the reservation.
