Die Lage war gut

Bei uns hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Wir haben es weitergegeben aber es wurde nichts gemacht. Uns wurde empfohlen Fenster aufzumachen und zu lüften. Bettlaken zerrissen, Handtücher waren auch zerrissen. Es gab auch keinen flüssigen Handseife Reisebett haben wir auch nicht bekommen.

Especially kind girl from the reception, unfortunately I didn't remember her name...red hair, wears glasses. Very capable and very accommodating🙂❤️The hotel is opposite the National Library. Breakfast is ok and what is important, it is clean in general

It would be good if the other staff also spoke English. I have the impression that only the girl from the reception (red-haired, wears glasses) knows English

The room was quite big and the view was amazing. We arrived after midnight, but the staff was very nice.

The breakfast seletion is poor, but it was ok.
