Isla Del Antoño

If you're into solitude and healing-ful stay, go for this. I liked how it was peaceful and pet-friendly. The facilities were clean and complete (even kitchen utensils). The staff are nice. The view was also okay. The lake was deep according to the staff so if you're adventurous then go for a swim in the lake and do other water activities. As for us, the soil surrounding the lake was clay I think and so it was very slippery and it was rather unsafe or scary for us to swim in a deep lake. But life vests are required.

Since it is an isla, expect to fight with insects. Flies in the afternoon then big mosquitos and other insects at night. There were some ants in the room so make sure to keep the room clean. There was a cat and a dog in the property which are not feisty but the cat sort of had a fight with our cat haha. Good thing, we kept our cat inside the room (they only saw each other through the glass window). We didn't avail any of the water activities because it is only allowed until 5pm. The lakewater does not look that clean, well it's understandable since it is a lake.

the place itself is what we liked most. So serene, so quiet, so relaxing, everything is perfect for the complete vacation. The limited use of electricity did not give us any hassle, the 4 days stayed gives us almost perfect glamping except for a little short rain during the day. People from the property said it is a normal scene there.. the rest is thumbs up.

A tiny bite from the small ants in the kitchen annoyed us. We need to boil water to keep them away.
