Excellent communication with the hosts, the apartment had everything needed for my 10 day stay, and the location was great - within a 30 minute walk to most everything.

The stairs to the loft are very steep

Everything was very tidy and clean, the kitchen and washing machine are very practical for a longer stay, Everything was very spacious.

Proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport

Shower doesnt have a curtain, water goes everywhere. Water counter kept making noise Stairs to the bed are too high

Clean and great location

The steps to high bed were too high for me and there was no proper handrail that is essential on both sides. This was extremely dangerous. I am 1m35. This studio is not suitable for anyone under this height. There was no contact with the hosts except by text through the app.

Location was great, facilities were also good but there was no ventilation system in room which make us difficult to sleep. There should be air condition

Super hot - the flat is behind the roof with no chance to cool it down Very noisy - thin walls, I could hear my fellow travellers in the other rooms The only windows open to an area where other guests smoke - all the smoke comes in my flat The stairs to the bed inside the flat are super-steep & slippery - very dangerous Location is bad - 25 minute walk to the river Dirty - my flat was very dirty, especially the floor of the living room

The Kitchen location and antiquity of the Apartment at large

The picture you saw doesn't match with the room quality you got it The Room is full of Spiders (see pic ) The Toilet smells very bad I pour shampoo at least to change the odour coming from the Toilet but doesn't work out. The room is too old(see pic) and extremely hot no Airconditioning just one small fan (See Pic) i request for additional fan but owners turns it down .If You need to Sleep well the room at least breath need to open the window despite the OAT is about 35 oC and opening window the has on other hand a cars noise from the main street . The bed room is up on the top of the kitchen you must have to step up on a very dangerous steps (See Pic ) those steps are high enough to step down or up as on its side are closets built by thin cupbord watch out your steps if you miss your steps you might lose your life no handrails steps are higher than 30 cm its a very funny engineering. but nothing is funny in this regard its a very a serious Issue . I came to believe owners are money oriented than service oriented. I spent 9 night sleeping very small very Old sofa as the bed room is as hot like a spa . The sofa is at least near to the windows and can open and able to breath during the night ! in case you may need to go the toilet its very dangerous if you are conscious enough you have to crawl if not dont try to step down !!!or sleep on the living room !!!

No air conditioning; 2 fans (ventilators) were not enough to cool the room; might not be a problem in other months, but in summer it was too hot, because the apartment is on the last floor of the building No elevator - had to carry a big luggage up 3 floors The building (common spaces, ceiling) need refurbishment
