Sea Front Cottage Little Khola

The property was beautifully maintained and the staff was INCREDIBLE. Such wonderful care and service was provided throughout our stay.

The accommodation was truly fantastic. Very quiet, in a very idyllic and deeply serene bay. For those seeking peace and tranquility, it is definitely highly recommended. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It was a truly wonderful stay, and I will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. Thank you very much!

It was difficult to find. No board with the name of the resort was there.

The location and the beach was beautiful. Just palm trees and sand all around. Very quiet and perfect for those who want privacy in a beautiful setting. The staff prepared all the meals. All the food we ate was great and good value for money. The manager made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

There are a lot of stray dogs in the beach, which may get annoying at times.

It seemed uneccessarily hard to get directions before arriving. They refused to answer my messages on booking.com asking for instruction and said they would only tell me if I emailed. But didnt supply an email address until further probed. Then when I did email they didnt reply until a few hours before I was due to arrive which made the journey there uneccessarily complex as I didnt have network to access the message. There was also a pretty unhelpful and hostile woman on the phone when I rang to request collection from Cola panchayat. Totally at odds with how wonderful the other staff were when we finally got there.

The road to the property is a bad. Last 5 mins stretch is hard to get through. Make sure to take a car with good ground clearance like a Baleno.

The road getting to the property was only accessible by 4 x 4 or intrepid taxi drivers. Cost us an extra 500 rupees to get a 4x4 from a car park 500 mtrs from the property Too many dogs, who were friendly but barked in the night and over friendly in the day. We would go back though.....

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The place was absolutely gorgeous, offering exactly what my partner and I were looking for- peace, seclusion, and breathtaking sea views. If you’re seeking a calm, healing, and rejuvenating escape, this is the perfect destination. The food was delicious! While it may seem pricey at first, the generous portions meant we ended up ordering less, making it comparable to other places. Everything was freshly cooked and delivered straight to our room, which was a lovely touch. The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean and modern, with nature beautifully integrated into the design. A standout feature was our bathroom, which was built around a palm tree right in the center- such a unique and special touch! The service was outstanding- friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. One thing to note is the access to the property. Regular cars won’t be able to drive all the way up, but the hotel provides a complimentary 4x4 pickup from the drop-off point, just a 7-minute drive away. It’s best to message them in advance with your arrival time to avoid waiting. Overall, this place is truly incredible, and I can’t wait to return!

The restaurant next door (a separate business) screened a movie on a big outdoor screen right next to our balcony, which unfortunately disrupted one of our evenings. Despite multiple requests, they refused to lower the volume, which was extremely loud. The movie went on for a couple of hours, making it difficult to relax.

Great views, friendly staff, quiet and clean beach with cute dogs. Incredibly delicious food served on your own terrace. A great paradise with great value for money. We will be back!

More vegan food options would be great
