It’s right on the beach, with incredible views of the water and the stunning surrounding nature

The location is just unworldly… a little paradise hidden from touristy Goa. The accommodation is very authentic and seems the nicest out of the neighbouring resorts.

The only thing that might need fixing is the hot water that didn’t seem to work consistently despite following the instructions.

Everything. Lovely stay would definitely come back.

Lots of rubbish on the beach, not sure if all the hotels take it in turn to clean the beach but I clean the beach as it’s so sad to see such an amazing place with rubbish on it. Maybe from the tide or left.

Small Kola is one of a kind hidden spots in South Goa. I dont come here for comfort or conveniences as there is not much, but the location is absolutely worthed!

Room cleaning and service can improve

If youre looking for a super quiet and private beach experience, than this is the best stay. The surrounding and the beach is the highlight of this place, the cottage itself, not so much. It is a rocky beach, so bring swimshoes to avoid getting hit by rocks when swimming. But since me and my mom were looking for a zen peaceful couple of days to be in nature and the sea, this did hit the spot! The staff there are super chill and helpful as well.

Not enough light in the cottage (room and bathroom) The sliding door to the balcony was broken and a work to open and close, which was annoying. No hot water at all There are no other activities around the area, if you tend to get bored easily, this is not the place for you.
