Where shall I start? 😳at the beginning I guess. The check in was 100% electronic and remote, with a highly convoluted process where after several messages at delayed intervals , I requested the code eventually given after 16:00 . Very late for us. Electronic card key did not give any confidence of being secure or accessible if there was a problem. The design of accommodation was engineeringly clever but totally uncomfortable. The bed meant it was like sleeping in a sealed coffin with my face 12” from ceiling and stiflingly hot. Don’t book if you are claustrophobic as impossible to sleep. The stairs and bed access were dangerous and felt unsafe. Not suitable for children or anyone unsteady on feet or susceptible to rolling over in sleep. Access to Terrace was for a contortionist. There were four dining chairs but only one small chair so impossible to rest comfortably. No kettle. The Panoramic Terrace was possibly accurate if you had a stepladder and telescope. It was sunken with very little view. It was very disappointing. The descriptions were exaggerated. We did not feel welcomed at all. First disappointing stay with Booking.com
