The place was spacious and clean

Communication with the host was not great upon check in and check out The cleaners arrived on the check out day and just went into the place without calling first and the host said the other guests arrived (which was not true) and are waiting so late checkout was not an option Even though I tried contacting him beforehand to assess the possibility of a late checkout but he did not reply AC was leaking all night and on my things I had left on the couch and making noise from the water

It was everything we needed! Good location and value for money!

Perfect location - close to all main attractions but also in a quiet neighbourhood.

Communication with the host. He does not respond to site messages, neither to whatsapp or viber messages. I needed to call him twice directly on the phone for check in.

It was nice that it was on a more quiet place at the old town

The boiler was leaking. The staff called a mechanic and tried to let me know. The only way they try is by WhatsApp calling. They also keep forgetting who we are and ask us if we made a reservation. The key in the locker was to big so it gets stuck easily. There is a cooking facility but no towel to dry your hands.
