The property is centrally located and next to many tourist attractions. Spacious bathroom, good size of the room , there’s an elevator, no extra charges, you pay what is asked on the website no extra charges. Kettle, coffee in the shared kitchen - was very nice! A very friendly host, with lots of information and options for how to get the maximum of your stay.

Parking the car might be an issue in the afternoon in high season but possible. For us, the bed was a bit uncomfortable but for a short stay it’s doable.

This hotel turned out to be easily accessible to Ortigia and the archeological area. Parking on the street made our stay easier. The Blue room was fairly large with a good AC unit. There was a separate kitchen area for shared provisions. Check in was easy with Angelo’s instructions. The elevator was very helpful given the 4th floor location.

The building itself was a little run down, but the suite was basic and nice.

The host was super friendly and super useful. Clear instructions at the check in/out. Topped up coffee and bottled water in the kitchen so that we don’t run out. Room quite spacious and very nice insulation. Easy to park. Ortigia and archeological site in walking distance!

The lift is very dated, it probably needs a refresh. The property was facing a main road, so I didn’t use the balcony. The sound proofing is excellent, noise wasn’t a problem.

Close to old town, around 15min walking. Good location if you are traveling by car, as there is free parking in nearby streets. Though the street next to apartment building is tight. Room is clean, everything you need.

The host were super nice, kind and available. We had a very smooth check-in & check-out. The location was nice and central. Our host gave us nice suggestions for lunch in the fish market that we enjoyed a lot.
