Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kochi

It’s a beautiful resort and a lovely setting. A very swanky and comfortable.

It was located quite far out of town. I didn’t feel Reception was particularly friendly. I was surprised that I had to pay on arrival and that they had to check my room pursuing in case I took something from the mini bar and hadn’t confessed.

Loin de tout mais c'est ce qui fait son charme Manque de chaises longues et de parasols Salle de restaurant trop climatisé nous avons préféré le room service

Hôtel très agréable, propre et avec toutes les commodités. Piscine majestueuse et très bien entretenue avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Personnel très agréable et sympathique.

Quel dommage que le personnel féminin de restauration soit habillé en "tailleur" marron informe et collant blanc, ce qui ne leur va pas du tout. Alors qu'elles sont si belles dans leur sari traditionnel. Vraiment dommage mais ça n'enlève rien à leur gentillesse et professionnalisme.

The hotel was very clean and the food was great. Their staff is so well behaved and helpful. Kudos to the training and consistency in maintaining the staff behaviour. During our stay we have asked them for a Bday cake, may I mention that the cake was absolutely yummm… thank you. Also the staff during the breakfast time were so helpful and courteous, including the managers who were there during that time

Breakfast could be done better with more varieties .

The room was nice and clean.

The pool area and the resort are in very bad shape. The towels that were handed to us at the pool area were very worn out. The pool was full of black algae stuck where the tiles were coming off. The pool bar looked filthy.
