新しい施設で清潔感がありました。

夕食を中のレストランで食べましたが、スマホでのモバイルオーダー、配膳もファミレスのようなロボットで幻滅、価格の割に量が少なく味付けも良くなかったです。

プライベートで宿泊。GW明けで宿泊費安く、そんなに混んでなく、何よりルートインでは大きめな風呂、泉質もツルッツルッ。部屋も綺麗。フロントの女性も丁寧。最高のホテルでした。

全体に綺麗に改装されてて良かった。温泉浴場も清潔でシャワーヘッドがRefaで良かった。朝食の内容も豊富で美味しかった。

部屋にお水のペットボトルは欲しかった。 1人分バスタオルとフェイスタオルが一枚ずつで、洗面所の手拭きタオルは別に欲しい。浴場にシャワーキャップが無くて残念💦

サービスコーナーのコーヒーの件ですが早朝、目覚めのコーヒーを飲みたかった味もよく前日に続き心待ちにしていましたが（ＡＭ6：00前）残念でした

全体的に綺麗で清潔感を感じられたところが良かったです。あとは温泉♨️こちらもとても気持ちよくいい時間を過ごせました。また店内に入っている居酒屋さんを利用しましたが、秩父名物がとても美味しくいただけてお得な気分になりました。
