The amount of insects are disturbing in and outside the rooms , the gecko sound is very very loud and scary and it won’t let you sleep or be comfortable After staying there for 3 hours only the hotel refused to return my money or half of my money atleast or anything , won’t be coming back for sure.

Perfect place for hideaway from city life. Amazing view, great service.

The views were stunning, staff were friendly. The Villa itself was very nice. However it should be noted that there is a public walkway running along the front of the villas. The public are continually walking along the stream looking at and taking photos of the villas as you are using the pool and outside area. We definitely featured in a few tourist photos while we were using the slide and pool.

I booked and paid for the stay on booking.com. On arrival I was informed that they had no record of my booking. I showed my booking confirmation but this was not good enough. The manager demanded that I pay for the nights stay through them again before we could check in. So I paid again as we had no alternative accommodation. Finally after nearly a week the management have accepted that I had paid in advance and have refunded the second payment. On check in we were shown to the room and informed that the tea/coffee and snacks on the bench in the room were complimentary, the snacks consisted of some chocolate bars Pringles and nuts. When it came to checkout I received a bill for the snacks which I was surprised about. At about 8pm the electricity in the villa started to power on and off. All lights and plugs would power on for approximately 10 seconds and then off again. We were informed by the management that there was an electrical issue affecting the entire village of sideman and that it should be resolved shortly, it was clear from the balcony view that nowhere else in the village of sideman had an issue except the Numa Villas, even the reception/restaurant building had no issues. This matter persisted for about 3 hours and the only assistance given by the staff was a candle to help light the villa.
