Studio 4 pax - Riverine Kuching III

This cosy Homestay is spacious, well maintained and suitable for family of four. Check in instructions were clear, the owner responded quickly while we had problem with the keys during check in. There is a washing machine with dryer provided, this is so convenient for us when travelling with children (10 stars⭐️ for this)

The parking is a bit far from lift entrance. Lift no 3 is actually a lift for garbage collection. The waiting area is inside the garbage room with unpleasant smell. I think is not appropriate to recommend guest to use that although it is nearer to the unit. There’s only minimal amount of shampoo/ soap provided, if you plan for a long stay is advisable to bring your own toiletries. The toilet wall is stained and water drainage is slow. Suggest to maintain cleanliness of toilet.

We had a wonderful days stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and in a peaceful location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’d love to stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, feels like home. Has a fridge, microwave oven, stove, washing machine. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
