Perfect place for a couple of nights on good location in Baan Tai. Nice room with own shower/wc and fridge, bed were comfy and place clean!

- the staff were really nice - the room was modern and clean - shower was really good

- the noise. Reviewers say the noise didn’t bother them but we couldn’t sleep at all and so unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. I don’t know if it is possible to soundproof further. the traffic and sound of bikes and cars revving and whizzing past happens at all hours! if you are noise sensitive, beware! - not enough light. we didn’t realise there was no proper window - there is a kitchenette room with a window but it’s not the same.

great stay on koh phangan! the rooms look just like they do on the picture & everything is very clean. the location is confined and there is a 7/11 next door. we would definitely come back!

it can be a little bit noisy at night but it didn’t bother us!

central and cheap

The staff were extremely rude at the end of our stay after being very helpful at the beginning. We didn’t get out deposit back due to “stains” on the sheets and towels which was a small bit of makeup. The owner was rude and dismissive when my friend tried to explain it would come out in the wash. The room also had a really bad smell coming from the drains which didn’t go away the whole time we were there.

Nice, clean good value new room, care about details, nice bed and good aircon, no noise, friendly and flexible owner
