Nice everything was pretty clean nice location

The hostess, Lori, reached out in advance to ensure she could meet us personally, escort us in, describe everything, and show us all the building and apartment amenities. She was lovely. The apartment was incredibly welcoming, with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay, and then some. We had just left an airbnb that didn't even provide bath soap, and were so thrilled to find toiletries of every kind in the bathroom and numerous goodies in the kitchen. The apartment 'branding' evident throughout is a thoughtful touch that highlights how serious they are about hospitality. We left a few things behind, and Lori reached out and took steps to ensure we got everything back, which was above and beyond and we are super grateful for. We simply felt very taken care of from beginning to the end and couldn't have been happier.

The property was very modern, up to date. Spacious clean, comfortable. Close to the beach, restaurants, store. Very convenient. Breakfast provided, beach towels, toiletries.

Excellent area, beautiful apartment. It was very clean Lory, the manager, was very nice and friendly. Breakfast supplies and snacks were a nice details. We loved it.

Location was nice- close to some good restaurants and walking distance from beach and grocery store. Property manager was helpful and gave good advice for our stay. Hosts left a book with recommendations around the general area that was very helpful.

There was an AC issue caused by the unit above, so water was constantly dripping into our unit. We had to keep switching out towels throughout the day and at night to absorb the dripping water until the issue was resolved on the 4th day of our stay. No TV or regular couch in living room/sitting area. From the photos, it appears the property is directly across from the beach. However, you can't walk straight to the beach because hotels are directly across the street, so you have to walk down a block before walking to the beach. The property description stated breakfast was included, but it wasn't what we expected. The property manager dropped off packets of oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, breakfast bars, bread, jam, etc. and we made our own breakfast in the unit.

The property was clean, excellent location, and perfect for exploring San Juan without paying the price of being downtown.

Everything was amazing!

Location was great! Right on the beach! Walking distance from restaurants/grocery/convenience stores/casino. Went into Old San Juan for the day and it was just a quick ride in from the condo. Elle was super attentive, responsive, helpful, and friendly!! So accommodating, and the space had everything we needed! Would love to come back
