NZRich is an awesome host - he had the heatpump on and curtains closed as knew I was arriving after dark. Great location, very private and tucked away. The decor is incredible, everything extremely clean and tidy, I would definitely stay again

The tv was a bit of an issue the focus seemed out watching the cricket you didn’t see where the ball ended up.
NZCleanliness, roominess, quietness. Proximity to town/other amenities/family being visited. The more than usual complimentary items (except for the small/medium plates!), such as iron/board, extra glasses/mugs, extra blankets/towels.
4 very large plates, only 1 small/medium plate No blind/curtain on entrance door; anyone looking in (even from the road) could see to the back of the unit. Oversize mirror (blocking a rear entrance/exit to/from the shop?) added view to rest of lounge/kitchen/dining area to anyone looking in. The sofa bed had a too-thin mattress (I realize it has to 'fit' to be foldable/hideaway), and a noticeable dip downwards in the middle. Although we did not use the outdoor deck, there is a window in the building next door which looks out straight on to the deck ... at sitting/table level!
