GBEasy to get in and out with a key box. The land lady was trusting and communicated well. The coffee and breakfast food left was very appreciated as she had to go out she let us help ourselves.
Im not a big fan of a shared bathroom but it turned out to be fine
GBGBIt looked like a nice place.
After booking I discovered it was a 9am checkout which I have not yet encountered on booking.com. I asked if this could be extended to 10am and was advised no. As this did not suit I had to mske and pay for alternative accommodation.
GBIt was fine - help yourself to cereal and toast in the kitchen but felt the place could be cheaper generally. 9 am check out unusually early but the owner was friendly and understood our shock !
IEPhotos look like stay is close to Bangor Beach not real location. No Buses after 6 pm No Buses on Sunday Shower does not work water no pressure. Tempeature either too hot or too cold could not use.

GBGBQuiet, clean and good value with attentive host.
Shower head could do with replacing as flow was low. Day time week days bus 302a runs hourly from outside the house otherwise needed a car. Google maps has the flat located at number 1 so taxi drivers and take out guy got lost.
