The stuff was helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was highly disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival; there were stains on the carpet and a musty odor that lingered throughout the stay. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not as described. The noise from the street kept me up all night, and there was no Wi-Fi connection. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend this hotel.
