Appartamento in Centro a Udine

The house was clean and very easy to find. It had all we needed for the days we were there. It's very quiet and there's a bus stop in front of the property making it easy to get to the city.

The privacy and large enough house. We were four and there was enough space for us.

We were left with four kids without our room and had to wait outside in cold without the response. Then we fot another substandard, cold and i awful condition. It took five hours to get warmer and we eventually got sick.

No confort, the bed is horrible

My wife and I usually spend our holidays spending 2 or 3 days in one place and then moving to another one. What we seek is a base for walks in the towns and trips around. Here, possibly more than in other locations we visited, the assessment depends heavily on what you want and expect Let's start with what we enjoyed. - The communication with the landlord was very smooth, we got clear instructions, picked up the keys and found the room easily. The same was true for our departure. - The location is on the outskirts of Udine, though the centre is accessible (by car, using public transport or bike; a bit too far for waling). It is certainly quiet and peaceful. The area itself does not invite for walks around, and for shopping you will need your car. - For two people the place is very spacious, even for four people I believe it is still perfectly ok - though then the sitting options in the kitchen and the main room are limiting. - A lot of place to put your things in. - The bathroom equipment is full, including even a washing machine. - The kitchen equipment is full, we were not missing anything. - Everything was clean and ready. - Wifi seemed fast and stable.

There were few things that may be improved. Some of them were of no problem for us, and I am mentioning them as I can imagine that somebody else may have a trouble with them. - Lighting. This is, unfortunately, a very common thing in many places we've seen, and this apartment is a great example of what I mean. You can basically read in the kitchen (though the lighting there is not good either), or possibly in the bathroom. The rest of the big flat is lighted enough not to fall. - Electric sockets in the kitchen. It has nothing to do with the landlord, it is the way the flat is designed. There is basically one socket in the kitchen. When we wanted to use electric kettle we swapped with the refrigerator. The same would apply for the microwave. We managed ok, but it can be uncomfortable for people. - I can imagine that in peak of summer the flat can be fairly hot. There are blinds that can be applied - the metal heavier ones, but still (relatively) easy to operate. If you leave them down when you leave the room in the morning, it is ok when you get back late in the afternoon. If you forget, the place will be very hot. There is a air-conditioning machine. We did not use it. Given the size of the flat and the type of the machine, it probably could be strong enough to make air in the bedroom acceptable. - The apartment is on the second floor, without a lift. We had no problem with that, for people with handicaps this could be challenging. - The craftsmanship quality. This is certainly true about the floor (and the ledges at bottoms of the walls). It looks cheap and I would ask how long it all can last. But it certainly did not have any impact on our comfort.

We looked an apartement for 4 person for 1 night, while we was travelling. The flat was enough for 4 person, there was parking places, beds are ok. Panoramic view to the alps. :)

The apartments were very clean, very good location, great contact with the owner of the apartment. I highly recommend!!!
