Iznimno čisto, ugodno, jednostavna komunikacija, dostupan javni parking, veoma dobra povezanost javnim prijevozom iz lijepog kvarta prema svim znamenitostima u ZG, u app dostupni svi potrebni sadrzaji. Bez utjecaja na iznimnu ocjenu sugestija vlasnicima da za buduce korisnike ostave pisane upute vezane za konekciju na internet i kabelsku (jer postojeći nisu ažurni). Boravak je bio veoma ugodan.
