We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment! It was the perfect base for our trip, and we enjoyed every single minute. The location is fantastic—a safe and pleasant neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants and cozy cafes. We loved that the Medellin Market was just a short 10-minute walk away; it was perfect for grabbing fresh fruit and salads. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. It’s set back from the street, making it very quiet, and the view of the city is incredible! The bedroom has a super comfortable bed and great air conditioning, if you ever need one. The best part, though, was the host! They were responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly. As a wonderful surprise, they even let us use the building's parking space when we rented a car for a few days. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be trying to book this gem again on our next trip to Mexico City. Highly, highly recommend

Everything! The location is phenomenal, the apartment is beautiful, and the owner treated us like gold. It's probably the best experience I've ever had with a hotel or short-term rental

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Great communication with a very nice host. It’s nicely furnished, with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water.

The only downsides were the blinds, which let in a lot of light — not ideal for light sleepers — the black out curtains would be perfect! The apartment was a bit dusty, though generally clean.

The apartment is located in a very nice area and the building is quite new. Everything is modern, with a good taste regarding the decoration. It is a spacious apartment with nice views of the city.

The bed was too soft and we had a hard to sleeping. It was also hot, and the air conditioning was pointing at you while sleeping, so either you got hot or cold.

Brand new stylish apartment in a modern building with excellent security and access. On 7th floor with awesome view of the neighborhood and skyline. Floors all smooth which makes rolling suitcases easy. Huge windows and glass doors to the balconies making incredible light exposure and open air conditions, if desired, with almost complete blinds coverage when darkness preferred. Kitchen well equipped, with all new appliances which work perfectly, including huge stove/oven, large fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, coffee-maker (need correct pods), excellent shower with abundant hot water, and 2 toilets. We didn't use the blender or TV (which is in the bedroom). Has a huge walk-in closet and abundant shelving which match the flooring. Expansive kitchen countertops! Furniture top notch and plentiful with 2 very comfy leather couches, a huge coffee table, kitchen bar stools, and a full dining room set. Bed is king-size with memory foam topper - super comfortable! Newly installed A/C in bedroom makes sleeping easier with coolness and super quiet. Well-located with restaurants and shops close by and easy walking to La Condesa and main parks, as well as close drive to the Centro as well as other barrios. Management and security guards responsive and caring.

The apartment seemed brand new and was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my messages. However there was no central air conditioner just a large potable one that was rather noisy and needed a slightly open door above a noisy street to run the exhaust tube. But we were there during a very hot week, so maybe it wasn't usually an issue. The bed was large and very comfortable. It would have been nice if a few basic condiments were supplied in the kitchen. The location was a short walk to most anything you'd want to explore in Roma. The night lights were beautiful

This a great property, very new building and excellent location in Roma Norte. Everything you need is available within 5 minute walk, cafes, supermarket and restaurants. The view of the CDMX skyline is awesome. Great Property!! Thanks!!
