I had to rearrange my collection time and Daleen was very helpful.

Loved the "biskuit" touch. Coffee, tea, and milk were provided upon arrival and throughout my stay. The host was friendly, there was easy and safe access. I stayed for 2 weeks.

When it started raining the entrance was unpleasant and wet. An inside meal table would have been a boon as we had to sit on the bed to eat as it rained

With people coming In and out all the time their there was hardly no privacy. The drains from the shower had a nasty smell coming back up. The bathroom and kitchen windows did not open at all. We stayed in lost of accommodation over our week of traveling! They were all about the same price, Needs lost of work to make it worth waht we paid

Daleen was very accommodating when we needed a screwdriver, and though it was a day later, we were given an iron and ironing board to use.

We encountered several issues that made the experience less pleasant than expected. Feedback on Accommodation Check-In Experience The check-in process was problematic. Despite emailing the property with our estimated arrival time and receiving a pin code, there was no way to enter it. When we arrived, we struggled to get hold of someone to let us in and eventually had to call the property, as they were out at the shops. Upon entry, we were handed soap and shampoo and no beverages other guests had received, the outdoor furniture was also dirty, indicating the accommodation was not prepared for our arrival, despite our booking being confirmed on Booking.com Service Issues We emailed ahead, requesting an iron and beach towels, but the iron and ironing board were only provided the following day. It seems email correspondence isn't checked regularly. Noise and Privacy Concerns On Sunday morning, we were woken by the husband working in the garage, which is adjacent to the accommodation and shares access. It is very unpleasant as immediately a person doesn't feel private nor taken into consideration by the hosts.We were enjoying a Sunday morning lay in with our curtains open, but immediately had to close them. The owners’ braai (barbecue) area is directly above the guest outdoor area and door, compromising privacy. If privacy is a priority, this accommodation may not be suitable. Areas for Improvement 1. Entrance and Outdoor Area The entrance lacks shelter, so rain enters the bedroom when the door is open, quickly accumulating on the floor. The outdoor area is not usable in rainy weather due to its slatted, non-waterproof roof. 2. Bathroom The hot and cold water indicators at the basin are reversed, causing confusion. Unfortunately, this led to a burn when mistakenly using the hot water. The bathroom needs an extractor fan to address the persistent moldy smell. The wardrobe also has a moldy odor. 3.

Comfortable, though the kitchen VERY tight and could do with more kitchen utensils. Beautiful decor, very clean, lovely outside patio to relax, hostess very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend.

Installation work was done on the Saturday with a grinding machine a mere 3 meters from our unit......a noise totally unbearable . The patio was the only place where we could have our breakfast....extremely annoying and frustrating. By 2.30 we couldn't bear it any longer and had to leave. I think it was very inconsiderate and even an insult to us from the owners. They weren't home during that time and understandably so. We were there for only 3 days and surely they could have waited till we left.

Everything, it was a bad weekend for me and the hosts were exceptionally helpful in everything the fact that I could call and ask them for help and they willingly helped showed me how much of a Gem they are I loved everything about the place we will definitely be going back soon♥️

Nothing really, everything was just perfect maybe they can just have a hairdryer and iron justice a suggestion not that those made me feel any kind of way I give them 5 stars 🌟
