Was giving clear check in instructions via WhatsApp. We arrived at 6:30pm However we stood outside for 2 hours trying to call & text every number available - with no answer We headed to the restaurant as instructed and no one in there knew anything about this property! We ended up having to call bookings.com and they cancelled for us - and we had to find an alternative place to stay at 9:30pm We should have looked at the reviews first - because they are terrible and in heinsight we are grateful we didn’t stay at this dump.
