Pretty clean place, good bed. AC is good.

Soundproof is poor. Insects fly around in the room from time to time. They refused to arrange a lunch box as I was checking out earlier than restaurant opened for the breakfast. Speak only Spanish.

Nothing I liked, it was a frustrating stay with too many problems

This hotel is a disaster and by no means a 4 star hotel. I did not get the room I booked with good wifi, instead far a way room, wifi did not work properly, no balcony room as booked with booking.com, Trouble encountered: Shower did not work, water splashed around and set bathroom under water, bathroom light not working, wifi not working, after a lot of stress, finally room was changed, wifi still not working properly. In the morning I have returned the hotel card key to the front desk at 7am the time we supposed to have breakfast, but nothing was ready, at 7:10 am the persons started to prepare the breakfast, at 7:15am received a cup of coffe, at 7:30am the piece of bread and a small portion of marmalade, by this time my coffe was finished because of the waiting time for the "real" breakfast (lousy for a 4 star hotel), even if I would not have finished the coffee by then it would have been cold coffee. A second cup was refused to be given with the bread and small piece of marmalade, it was only against extra charge - rediculous for a 4 star hotel, to allow only 1 cup of coffe for a lousy breakfast! And to get a breakfast they need to issue a voucher at the front desk, it takes time because people are in line waiting, then the voucher need to be given to the restaurant, the person has 20 of vouchers in his hands and it takes time again for him to sort out what is what, and to deliver to whom, very bad system to serve breakfast!

Beautiful pool

The bar is loud and you can hear it in the rooms until 10-11pm. Also, the doors have an upper window that doesn’t allow for complete darkness at night
