Excellent location, super friendly host (and helpful), was available and very elastic in accomodating our requests!

The place is basic and could definitely use a bit of fixing - even simple things to make it more enjoyable. Bathrooms in particular.

It is a lovely place in the heart of the city and the people who run the place are the sweetest and most helpful.

The location is excellent, on a quiet lane in the middle of the old town, and the room was clean. Hosts allowed us to park our motorcycles in the tiny courtyard, and arranged tickets to a local show we wanted to see

Very basic accommodation, consisting in a dark, windowless room right next to the entry hall/reception from where all discussions could be heard, with no privacy. Hot water had to be turned on from that shared hall, if we wanted to shower. The bed came with just a flat sheet, we had to ask for pillows and blankets separately, to get a decent sleep. There is also a shared kitchen, but it smelled bad, and the fridge was extremely dirty.

My wife and I stayed in Mother Tree Inn for four nights and are very happy to recommend it to other people. It is clean, very central and secure. Although there are more luxurious guest houses in the area, its standard is very good especially at the quoted cost. The staff Shyam and Daisy were very helpful and generous in giving good local and travel advise on Kerala. They where helpful in organizing bookings for taxi's and other tickets/activities; and the prices they quoted where competitive (I compared their quotes for taxi's etc. with other quotes and found them to be very reasonable and reliable). When we return to Kerala again, I will aim to stay in Mother Tree Inn again.

Excellent location, very close to the beach, right in the centre of fort Kochi. The staff was very helpful. I had to check out at 1 am, the staff was up and helped me with the check out, waited till my cab arrived

The bathroom could have been cleaner, toiletries could have been provided
