Very bad location, no tooth kit, no soap, towel very bad condition, quote is very bad can’t sleep. No intercom, no water in room, can’t call restaurant mobile was not reachable

Location is excellent, hospitality, ease of check-in/check-out was commendable, the staff were really welcoming.

Cleanliness. Bathroom could have been kept much cleaner.

No kettle , restaurant price too high , food taste has to increase, there is no fresh juice or mojito , much important no sound proof in rooms
