La estancia en quinta da layla fue muy buena, la casa es amplia y cómoda, Moni fue muy amable y servicial y nuestro pequeño perro se lo pasó también muy bien corriendo y jugando sin peligro mientras tomábamos el sol ya que la quinta está vallada Esperamos volver este verano para disfrutar un poco más de la piscina

Localização e tranquilidade.

Lamentavelmente, a nossa estadia ficou aquém das expectativas. A casa não estava limpa como deveria, com lixo sob o mobiliário, manchas visíveis no sofá e tapetes, e eletrodomésticos de cozinha que não aparentavam ter sido limpos. A situação das almofadas foi particularmente desconfortável devido a odores desagradáveis, possivelmente por não usarem capas protetoras, o que nos obrigou a comprar novas almofadas para a estadia. No exterior, o cenário de desleixo contrastava com as fotografias apresentadas no Booking, à exceção da piscina. O serviço de televisão encontrava-se configurado apenas em alemão, dificultando a sua utilização. É uma casa com potencial, mas que precisa de uma gestão muito mais cuidada.

Ruhig, gemütlich, innen wie außen. Große Küche und bequeme Terrasse sowie Garten, alles was ich brauchte für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Danke und Grüße.

Surrounded by countryside this is an ideal base for exploring the region. It is very close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The property has a great outdoor area that provides both sun and shade, it has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of indoor space. Moni is a really helpful and kind host.

A casa é muito confortável, bem equipada e fomos muito bem recebidos pela Moni. Ideal para famílias com cães.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, daher hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Der nächste Einkaufsladen und der Strand sind mit dem Auto sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Moni, die uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite stand. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Outdoor space was good. Lots of seating areas, a pool and bbq but we were unable to use due to mosquitoes. Lots of towels should you need it. Well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery and cutlery. Lots of parking round the back. The living area and kitchen are nice and a good size. Good location for Olhao

The house has a strange layout where one of the bedrooms is a separate studio which is no good for younger children but may suit groups. The way out to the garden is through a bedroom or the front door. One of the bedroom doors was unable to be opened and the blind was missing so we were left a cloth to peg up with four clothes pegs. The bed in the main bedroom is nice and big but unfortunately they do not have a large duvet but two small duvets. The outside area has lots of seating but unfortunately we were unable to use it due to mosquitoes. I had messaged the house keeper on the day we arrived (Friday) with another matter and mentioned the mosquitoes. It took her 24 hours to get back to me. She kindly said she would drop some citronella candles round on the Monday but did not drop them till the Tuesday so 4 days after my initial query. Unfortunately we were unable to use the outdoor area at all but that is no fault of the house. Only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no bin bags. I don't mind providing my own but more than half a roll would be standard. Some parts of the house are a little tatty such as the flooring that has not been fitted correctly. The electrics on the oven kept going off so when we cooked we would check on the food to find the oven off. On check out we had to wait for the housekeeper to arrive. You are not able to leave the keys and she was dealing with another house so we had to wait. These were our observations that we feel would improve the guest experience but we still had a nice stay.
