Trang An Resort

A nice, quite place to stay for people who don’t want to stay in the city. However, not very clean, especially the floor of the room. Breakfast was okay. A special thanks to the staff - easy to communicate, friendly and helpful.

That it was in an area that we were keen to explore

There were no other guests, staff were very uninterested and hard to locate. Breakfast was awful. It appeared that they were most focused on preparing the buffet for bus tours that came each day. Even though they had a menu, they hardly had any food, cooked us 2 minute noodles with small amounts of vegetables and inedible meat on our first night after that we went into Ninh Binh for meals.

The whole family stayed here at Tet holiday: Rooms are very dirty, too much mosquitoes - my kids got to many mosquitoes bites; staff are too young, even they are friendly but not professional, breakfast was too late from 8am. Decorations for Tet was careless with wilted flowers.

Amazing stay, the woman working at the front desk will literally help you with everything. I forgot something in my room and left to Hanoi and she helped get me my things back in only a few short hours. I super recommend staying here!

Swimming pool. The facilities are clean and nice. The staff is also nice.

People at reception do not speak English.

Lovely setting, clean & comfortable rooms, 2 great swimming pools

No choice at breakfast, pool table had 4 missing balls & a damaged cue (one of the reasons we booked this place was to play some pool).

Quiet rural atmosphere
