Location for us was excellent. A busy road, but quiet apartment. Walking 5mins to our meeting venue with a client. Comfortable bed, great shower, extremely clean and still smells new from the renovation in July 2024. Coffee capsules, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel all left for our use. We had one apartment and our colleague took the one next door. We sat on the balcony in the evening and it was very pleasant. There is a tram stop just outside and we know that the buses pass here regularly to the Centre of the city too. There is a 24 hour grocery store a few doors away which was handy for water etc.

There is really nothing to fault this place and we will return again when we next need to visit the client office that is 5 mins away. One thing would have been great: an ironing board. There was an iron which was an excellent high quality steam iron that Ivan brought for me to use. So kind. I used the bed for ironing, but an ironing board is the only thing missing in this great apartment. Thanks Ivan!

The place is very well connected to public transport and it can take only 5 minutes by tram to reach the iconic places of Budapest.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the people talking in neighbour.

Beautiful modern clean freshly renovated apartment with easy and cheap city parking in the surrounding area (0.75€/hour during work hours 8-18, evenings and weekends for free). The bathroom was super clean with big shower. The whole apartment had floor heating and also AC. Just few meters away there's a grocery store open 24/7. The apartment is pet friendly with no extra cost.

The bathroom isn't soundproof at all and it's doors were little hard to close. TV could be a little larger to watch from bed. I'd also prefer some furniture/shelf in the hall.
