"Exceptional"

Clean, good communication with the host, everything is (or looks) new, great TV set, no problems - a great stay. It is a bit off from the most touristic part of Heraklion (10-15 mins walk), but I think that is a plus!

The access is pretty tricky and gets even trickier if you have a large car. We found a parking spot next to the city wall, which is a 3 minutes walk away, but this was in January. Not sure how that would be in full season. Anyway, that is nothing the host could change. The neighborhood is fine.

A big cockroach in the bathroom. Probably from outside but still grids should be placed in the bathroom window

"Amazing"

We absolutely loved everything. From the ease with which we took the key and the kindness of the host. The apartment is very clean and equipped with absolutely everything necessary to spend a pleasant holiday. You can reach the center in 15 minutes and we found parking at the end of our street every day. I really appreciated that I found cold water and juice, a basket with fresh fruit on the table. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I hope to see you again next year.
