Hotel Fiora Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur

Absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We reached after the official check-in time, yet the rooms were not ready and smelled terrible. To make things worse, the ACs in almost half of the rooms we booked were not working at all. It took the staff around 1 to 1.5 hours just to arrange replacement rooms, and even those were not the category we had originally paid for — they downgraded us to cheaper rooms without any proper resolution. Since we were already in a rush due to my sister’s wedding functions, we had no option but to adjust. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The showers in the replacement rooms were not working either, and despite repeated complaints, nothing was done about it. Even the toilet seats were broken. We had booked multiple rooms for our guests as well because this stay was for my sister’s mehendi function, but the experience was equally terrible for everyone. The lift system was another disaster — it wouldn’t even come down unless we called reception every single time. Because of the hotel’s complete mismanagement and lack of basic hospitality, we ended up getting delayed by almost 4 hours to my own sister’s mehendi ceremony, while the groom’s side had been waiting for us since morning. It was extremely embarrassing and stressful on such an important family occasion. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Completely unprofessional staff, poor maintenance, terrible service, and zero accountability. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

service was very slow... when we booked the hotel breafast was included but their manager said breakfast was not included.. you have to check from your side with the app. we said you checked we booked your hotel after checking all the amenities. Clearly mentioned in the screenshot that breakfast included.
