That breakfast was AWESOME!!! I forget the gentleman’s name from France, but he was AWESOME!!! He serves with a heart of gold!!! Alejandro was OUTSTANDING!!! He meets a guest with whatever requests come his way!!! Anna was AMAZINGLY GENEROUS AND KIND SPIRITED!!! Luz was generous with her advice and information!!! They ALL compliment one another EXCEPTIONALLY WELL 💯‼️

We did not partake of breakfast as it was not served on the premises.

I think the pricing is a little high considering the location which can be noisy at the weekends and there is a $35 charge for valet parking. Also there was a large stain on the carpet which was very unsightly. You need new carpets. Parking was an issue too. Although in your defense my car was Excessively tall and couldn't fit into the underground car park. This meant that I had to keep running out to renew the parking ticket on the public road. Annoying but not entirely your fault. Staff were great, food at the restaurant was good and loved the fireplace in the room.

Everything was amazing with our stay in the spire hotel. Firstly, the reception staff was really professional and helpful, she even initiated to help us decide on where to have for dinner and booked the table for us. Secondly, the room is massive, there’s even a separated section for the wardrobe. The water pressure is amazing, which is really important to us. The fireplace makes the room so warm and cozy. They have smart tv as well, with Netflix and YouTube installed. All their non alcoholic beverages at the minibar are complimentary. They serve amazing breakfast as well, not the buffet style, but ala carte, and you can choose to have it in your room or in the restaurant. We had dinner at their restaurant on our first night, the food was unexpectedly great, and the bill came so much more reasonable than other restaurants we went during the trip. Everything was just spectacular.

It might be able to hear noises from the street during weekends as it is located right in the heart of town, but we weren’t affected we love the ambience of the city.
