There is nothing negative about this property.

It was our first time in Ranchi. First we booked another hotel and then cancelled that hotel looking at the online reviews. Then we picked up this hotel as we saw several positive reviews. Initially I was skeptical since I had no knowledge about Ranchi. But I was hopeful after my conversation with the hotel management. After we reached here, we discovered that the hotel has everything positive. The location is good - it is at the center of the city and not far away from the railway station. The rooms are really good and equipped with modern facilities like hot & cold water supply both in the main water tap in the bathroom as well as in the wash basin. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel staffs are very good mannered. The owner is also highly educated & a very nice person. We were positively surprised and really liked our stay. And we did not have to pay a lot for our rooms, it was totally a value for money experience. We got the contact of a very nice & skilled driver, his name is Ravikanth. The contact number is 87898-33738 and he helped us in driving around the city for all the tourist places. He is originally a solar technician and right now involved in the travel & transport industry. We were lucky to have himself as our chauffeur, he was more like a friend than a driver for us. Try to book him in advance, otherwise also he can arrange for someone else if he is busy.

The hotel does not yet have a restaurant or kitchen, but they are working on having a kitchen service soon. Once this is done, it will become a 10 on 10 property. However, there are some nice restaurants nearby which augmented this part for us. You can visit Punjab Sweets - good for the breakfast, evening snacks and budget eating (contrary to its name, it has a wide range of items from across the nation, not only just sweets). There is Kaveri restaurant which is a top class veg restaurant - a little costly but it's worth it. Opposite to Punjab Sweets you have Kathi Kawab for delicious non-veg food. All are within 5-6 minutes walk from this hotel. Also there is another low-budget restaurant called hotel Veena which serves tasty food at a very reasonable price, it is just 3-4 minutes walk from this hotel. Then there are numerous biriyani shops around this place. The only thing we could not find is, there are no road-side tea stalls where we can get normal tea/coffee. The hotel serves ready-made packet tea which is called here as Tandoori tea, but we wanted the raw black tea. So the hotel management arranged for an electric kettle for us, so even this requirement was fulfilled.
