cleanliness . was happy they cleaned every day and made my bed. very impressive.

Noisy neighbours at night and lots of commotion bagging of doors though it calmed down later at night. the small carpet may cause one to fall, its not firm enough. There should be an extra blanket just incase the weather changes.

Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at a property I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing for several reasons: 1. Misleading Room Photos The room we were given did not match the one shown in the photos on your website. It was a different room, which felt dishonest and misleading. 2. Air Conditioner Issues The air conditioner was clearly broken, but the host pretended everything was fine and even turned it on for us. It only blew hot air, which made the room unbearable in Mombasa’s extremely hot weather. The next morning, when we brought it up, the host casually said, “Oh yes, I knew it was broken.” He also mentioned that the AC is only available at night, not during the day — which is simply unacceptable given the climate. 3. Dirty Blanket The blanket provided was extremely dirty. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, indicating it had not been washed. This is unhygienic and unacceptable for any guest. 4. No Pickup Despite Advance Notice We had informed the host well in advance that we would be arriving in the middle of the night. Despite this, no one was available to receive us when we arrived. 5. Missing Hair Dryer The listing stated that a hair dryer was provided, but there was none in the room. 6. Undisclosed Shared Flat Most importantly, the listing did not indicate that the accommodation was a shared flat. We were under the impression that the entire space would be private. This was a major letdown and caused great discomfort during our stay. I hope Booking.com can investigate this property and ensure that future guests are not misled or subjected to the same issues. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and whether any compensation or corrective action will be taken.
