I liked that it was a house, it was also clean

The house was small. There were also a lot of things advertised on booking.com that were not present at all. For example, they advertised a tumble dryer. They do not have a tumble dryer. This was also part of my search filters on the site. This was really disappointing as I have a large family of 7 and spent a day of my holiday washing and spreading clothes over the heated floor to dry. There are also no bath towels. They provide a hand towel to use to dry yourself. There was no outdoor furniture, so no place to sit outside; however, there was no city view, mountain view or landmark view from the house that they advertise either. The only view you get is from the houses next door. I also specifically needed a luggage storage service as we had a late departure flight, and this also doesn't exist, and I had to spend extra money finding somewhere to store our luggage. On the subject of luggage, the airport transfers drove off with 2 of our suitcases, and when I asked for the owner's help, they told me to "calm down," asked me if I spoke Korean and then gave me the number of the company. Overall disappointing as it was missing the little things, for example, you never met the owner, and they do not speak English or try to speak English at all, they also take hours to respond. You would expect a decent-sized towel. You get there, and there is genuinely nothing. It says there is a mini bar, but ther isn't. It says that there are teas and coffee makers, but there isn't; there is only a kettle and no tea or coffee. There aren't any forks, so even ordering food in was a pain to eat as many Korean delivery services don't provide cutlery. There wasn't a towel to dry your plates and cutlery/ Not even a bit of information about the area, or where the closest convenience store is. It was ok, but I wouldn't recommend it, and as a frequent traveller in ASIA this would be a 2-3 star for me at best.
