Nothing whatsoever
Smell walking into the reception. No loo paper in one of the bathrooms. No hot water in either room. Very tired mattress with squeaky springs. Only one very thin pillow each. Black mould around the shower seals

Staff were really kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any messages. It was clean and the beds were really comfy. We also left a pair of glasses there the first night we stayed, and the young man there knew they belonged to us and kept hold of them for us!
It was super warm the first night we stayed before our holiday, however, I messaged the night before we arrived back in London and asked them to turn the heating off, and they did and it was really cool in the room!
