The North House by Ponta Negra Azores

The house is big. It has everything you would need. A big garden, a parking space just in front of the property. The house looks like on the pictures.

Great location, close to the Biscoitos harbor, several natural pools, a delicious bakery ("Delia Martins"), supermarkets, and "O Bagulho" which is an amazing local restaurant 3 bedrooms (2 with larges beds, 1 with twin beds) 2 bathrooms, each with toilet (but note you shouldn't use both showers at the same time or the pressure will drop) Large terrace with a table, hammock, lounge chairs and barbecue Big plus : if you get your car via Ter-Rent, the hosts can bring your car directly when you arrive at the airport without queuing ! Private parking in front of the house Wifi worked great We had a couple of minor issues during our stay that were fixed immediately thanks to great communication with hosts!

Not really issues for us but points to note: - No air conditioning (but opening windows for air flow should be enough) - Due to the way sanitary network is built in that parish (septic tank), you need to throw toilet paper in the trashcan and not in the toilet (adding scented trash bags make it really ok, plus trash collectors are right next door to throw away)

Nice house, with bbq, walking distance from the natural baths, supermarket and bakery. Very spacious terrace. Great help from staff. Very friendly and excellent service.

Some minor things that were solved immediately.

Los anfitriones nos acogieron el primer día, aunque llegamos tarde y nos llevaron a cenar al único sitio que aún estaba abierto a esas horas, muy amables y la casa era magnífica.

Lo único que podría mejorar es poner mosquiteras en las ventanas porque al tener un patio tan grande, por la noche hay muchos bichitos.
