Central location, modern apartment with comfortable beds and great facilities, including a well-furnished kitchen with a proper espresso machine.

The only thing we suggest is to provide guests with a second set of keys. Perhaps have the one that turns the electricity on separate from the door key.

Efficient, ultramodern, clinical. All ultramodern, chic, understated elegance. Fabulous coffee maker. The microwave oven, kettle and washing machine that we sometimes missed in the rest of Sicily were of course provided.

Partly the effects of “clinical”: a worker or cleaner is the interface, not the owner, but that is my personal preference. The key arrangement with a depository box and code works well. Small things: the glass bricks between the two rooms keep the earlier sleepers awake. The bathroom door slams at night. The aircon light can keep a light sleeper awake… I am sure it is not significant, but still bothered me.

We would also have put 10/10 for the location and amenities of the apartment if we had not been robbed on the first night, yes, we were robbed from the apartment room, somewhere at 4 a.m. they climbed through the balcony to us and took the phone 15pro Max bag with documents (passport, residence permit, bank cards). We were very careful with our documents on the street, as we had already heard about petty thieves, but where else can you relax if not in your room. We went to bed late and woke up at 6 and in some 4 hours we were robbed, it was like a terrible dream waking up without anything on some Italian island. The owner, of course, a sympathetic person arrived as soon as they were informed, called the police, messed with us to the police station and even bought a bag for a friend whose bag was stolen, this is very nice of him, but our vacation was certainly ruined, how can we continue to relax after that. human life and safety are higher and much more important than the location and other amenities of the apartment

A very good apartment, well equipped and comfortable. It's located very near to the center of Palermo which is an amazing advantage.

Very clean and neat. Valuable for money. attentive, kind and helpful owner. recently renovated apartment in an excellent central location. Absolutely recommended.

The appartment is very pretty, modern, clean and with all necessary equipment. Comfortable bed, hot water, wifi. The host was very helpful and the woman who was preparing the appartment, was kind to let me change my clothes before my check-in time. The local is in very good localisation. The only thing is the noise from the street when you keep the windows open, but that's the charm of being in the center I guess. I highly recommend this place :) If you'll stay there, don't forget cash for the tourist tax (I forgot).
