Maybe garden chairs rather than the bench bit definition not a big issue

Very much a brand-new furnished home with a neatly tended yard. The house was immaculately clean, and the host left us with a nice plate of treats upon our arrival which was very much appreciated by our teenaged children. The home is very spacious and includes everything needed for your stay. The property is a 5-minute walk to Grampion Road which is the main street through town where all the shops, restaurants, etc. are located. Aldi and Tesco are both located very close by for any groceries. This home was a great base for our family as we visited Inverness, Loch Ness and then Balmoral Castle and the drove the Snow Roads. The beds very comfortable and the two large full bathrooms are also excellent. The home exceeded our expectations and allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This house was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was so convenient for local facilities, as well as for exploring the surrounding area.

There was nothing that could be improved.

The house is very new and still pristine. The kitchen is well equipped and arranged.

The floors were cold so it would be cosier if there were rugs in the bedrooms. The air source heat pump seemed to be working well and most of the house was warm but the master bedroom was a bit chilly.

This house is new and feels brand new, like we were the first people to stay here even though I know we weren't. It was the best decision of our trip to book this house for our family. CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE, I wish we were there longer. Great little back yard and washer and dryer were amazing to have. Beautiful little welcome basket, too. We would highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the area.

Stayed at the Beech House twice…. The second occasion was a lot more expensive for the same week of the year. Maybe introduce a discount for repeat bookers ? Also we struggle to get to grips with the heating (heat pump) meaning we often find it too hot or too cold.

The accommodation was fantastic. Every penny was worth it we totally recommend it.The provided us with everything that we needed.
