We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, smelled amazing, and everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. The location was perfect — accessible to shops and only about 25 minutes from the beach. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats — milk in the fridge, a Pingot drink, Cornish biscuits, tea, and sugar waiting for us. Such a lovely touch! Most importantly, the host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating with all our queries. She also gave us fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

We stayed there during the peak of hot weather Just one small note — it was quite hot, even at night, so a fan would have been really appreciated. Everything else was wonderful 😊

"Exceptional"

Wonderful property very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable with lovely fresh bedding. Close to amenities and great for the Eden project. I would definitely use again. A really great stay.

"Lovely"

The space and enough for a group of 4 people. Lovely tv and sofa . Milk in fridge at arrival. Clean and tidy. Nice showers and peaceful quiet area. DVD player and Tv and board games . Nice dining table . Easy to get into town . Beach is a 20 min drive away or so.

Dish washer not sure if working properly and the temperature setter. A washing machine would be preferable there but not a big deal.

"Nice and comfortable stay"

The property had everything we needed for a family of 4. En-suite was a bonus so we didn’t have to share one bathroom Kitchen was well equipped, TV in every room, kids loved the bunk bed, WiFi worked well, parking right outside the front door. The location was good for exploring the local area, some nice beaches nearby

The Coach House was very clean. It was homely with lots of lovely touches to it. It was well equipped. 2 bathrooms was a bonus! Jayne the host was easy to contact, and nothing was too much trouble.

Milk in fridge and cookies. Good accommodation and facilities.

Bunk beds in one room not good for an adult. Hit my head on top bunk Mirrors in bathrooms too high to see yourself and I'm 5'5" so not exceptionally short Never met or directly conversed with owner. Most contact through Booking.com which was annoying. Booking.com time slots were hourly so unable to advise of a check out time on the half hour.

"Home from home"

Very clean comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into including little extras which made it feel homily

The hilly access.Though this didn't detract from the accommodation and is no problem by car
