Downtown Stunning Views

Location and building was awesome. Lots of amenities! Very easy check in, even though there was an issue with my virtual key. Staff was responsive and even called to ensure I got in and everything was good. Both couches were actually futons which was cool. Bed was comfortable... No complaints.

The large couch/futon was a little thin in the cushioning, a little uncomfortable. But honestly... I didn't care. Will definitely book again.

Parking notice with checkin info. Tow parking notice not noticable when sark and raining. Cat was towed because we did not notice restice park on arrival

Well appointed apartment, excellent standard of furnishings but there was no carpet, only a concrete floor and a couple of rugs.

Accessing the apartment was a nightmare, plus there was no onsite parking as was stated on Booking.Com, eventually had to park in the parking building adjacent at a very high rate. You need to download an app just to enter the lot, then you have a series of other doors to unlock using the app, not at all helpful especially if you don’t have data available.

It took us a bit of asking around to navigate the latch system correctly, but once we figured it out, it was easy. It was a really clean and beautiful room that was well stocked with sweets and goodies. The host reached back at appropriate times when we had questions and was very kind. We will definitely use this room again when we have to stay in Birmingham!

The pullout chair was easy to use but not super comfortable to sleep on.
